A dedicated support address is being set up for the public beta. Beta testers receive a direct contact when they join.
Before you write
To help us investigate issues quickly, please include as much of the following as possible in your message:
- Your Windows version (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit)
- Your ModelQuad version (from the tray icon or Windows Apps & Features)
- What you expected to happen versus what actually happened
- Any relevant error messages or unexpected behavior
