Beta software
ModelQuad is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
As beta software, features may change, experience issues, or be modified without notice as we iterate toward general availability.
Pricing and accounts
ModelQuad is free of charge during the beta. No account or registration is required to use the software.
License and restrictions
You are granted a personal-use license to install and run ModelQuad on your compatible Windows devices.
The application is closed source during the beta. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute modified copies of the installer or software binaries.
Third-party AI providers
ModelQuad coordinates work between AI developer tools installed on your machine. Your use of third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) is governed by those providers' respective terms of service and pricing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining your own provider accounts, API keys, and compliance with their terms.
Independence disclaimer
ModelQuad is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI provider. Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ModelQuad and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this software.
